I passed the enrolled agent exam, and have an active enrolled agent credential which is the highest designation issued from the IRS. The Enrolled agent credential allows me to confidently represent taxpayers regaurding all matters in front of the IRS. I also have a bachelors degree in accounting and recently passed the uniform CPA examination also. The requirements for licensure require 5 years of college with the bachelors in accounting, 2000 hours of experience under a CPA, and an ethics exam. I am currently fulfilling the work experience as a business tax expert with Turbotax. Collaborating with tax attorneys, CPA’s, and Enrolled Agents is an asset that I take full advantage of. I also gain exposure to resolving a wide assortment of tax issues in my business tax expert role with Turbotax. In my prior role working for an enrolled agent I prepared hundreds of returns in exceeding complexity and gained a solid foundation of taxes. I also speak Spanish and handled all the Spanish speaking clients in that role. I also have passed the exam for the QuickBooks pro advisor credential. I constantly research the changes in the tax law and have a premium membership with the National Association of Tax Professionals. I have implemented a written information security plan to monitor and keep data safe. I pride myself for having demonstrated a commitment to excellent customer service, continuing education, and accurate tax and bookkeeping services.
